According to Mandy Friedman, LPCC, CCDVC as survivors of abusive relationships we have been programmed to put our needs last. Because of that, we don’t practice self-care and it is self-care that is a major component on our healing journey!!!!! In this webinar, you will learn: the common myths about self-care, ideas as to what to include in a self-care program, how important it is to maintain your self-care routine once you have established it, how important it is for the members of your survivor-support team to be trauma informed, and so much more.
