I have found all the webinars that I have so far purchased to be of absolute value as i learn to understand how a significant person in my life controls and manipulates. I now understand that i cannot help change the behavior but putting strategies in place is important. I hope learn by listening further.
“Self-Care for Survivors” is an excellent webinar, and I highly recommend it!!!!! According to Mandy Friedman, LPCC, CCDVC as survivors of abusive relationships we have been programmed to put our needs last. Because of that, we don’t practice self-care and it is self-care that is a major component on our healing journey!!!!! In this webinar, you will learn: the common myths about self-care, ideas as to what to include in a self-care program, how important it is to maintain your self-care routine once you have established it, how important it is for the members of your survivor-support team to be trauma informed, and so much more. Because “Self-Care for Survivors” is full of important information, it is one of those webinars you can listen to over and over again and pick-up something new each and every time: excellent webinar!!!!!
Extremely useful and informative, I watched the webinar several times. Life changing information. Money well spent. For the first time I felt my questions got answered. I kept asking the same why questions over and over again. I am not confused any more. Thank you Donna.
Excellent general session but very difficult to apply practical tips in my case when child is a toddler and ex is an obsessed alienator with a personality disorder and prior history of alienation who is brainwashing child to say I don’t love Mummy.
Highly recommend the webinar “How to Use Emotional Freedom Techniques (“Tapping”) to Recover Emotionally from Sociopaths”. This webinar covers all the basics of “tapping”: what it looks like, what it feels like, how it works on the mind and body, and how we can incorporate it into your daily lives. The beauty of “tapping” is that it is a relatively simple technique that we can use on our healing journey from complex, toxic, and abusive relationships.
So Good, Very Thought Provoking and Informative – “This is an excellent webinar. I have actually gone through the deck of slides several times after viewing the webinar. Ms. Anderson has an ability to convey a difficult topic in such a way that it is easy to understand, very thorough, and extremely thought provoking. It is not an easy subject. For me, it is difficult at times to confront the truths that Ms. Anderson presents. Excellent.
Only wish had discovered this four years and six attorneys ago! However the ten questions are helpful in my current post judgement proceedings. Very helpful in maintaining core boundaries even if you are well under way with a sub par attorney. Susan validates the difficulties of the experience all the same.
Presentation was clear and to the point – Liked the photos of how sociopaths look like us!!! Power point presentation reinforces the verbal presentation – making it easier to understand.
