Very informative and helpful – I was very pleased with this course and have watched it several times now. It was this course that helped me let go of the anger and wanting to seek revenge. I was very, very angry.
I will admit I had reservations at the beginning since his relationship was different. However, when you dealing with sociopaths all relationships are affected the same.

This presentation helped me see how essential forgiveness is for my own personal healing. It’s hard to get perspective on forgiveness when you have experienced a relationship with a sociopath, but essentially holding on to the anger and difficult feelings holds us back and hurts us. I am making forgiveness a daily practice just for myself!
