Glad to have viewed this video about ERT tapping using my own fingertips! I tried a new adventure. Lo and behold, it works! I slept like a baby with none of the intrusive and scary images my brain inserts into my mind to wake me up just as I go off to sleep. The second night I slept very well too! Clear and concise instructions and a super encouraging video. I'm in - and thank you!

Using this tapping method enabled me to rid myself of anxiety and stress that had built up after an incident I had over a year ago. It took about three sessions of focusing on what I wanted to rid myself of. I find myself using it to rid myself of other mental stresses in my life. Works great! Love it!
